About the treatment
In the Russian lip technique the filler is placed vertically, in small amounts, from the centre of the lip outwards. This opens the lip upwards without spreading it sideways; the cupid's bow of the upper lip becomes more defined and the result is a lifted, elegant shape. It is especially preferred by people with naturally thin lips who want volume without losing a natural look. Because the technique requires precision, it should be performed by experienced hands.
